About me

I'm currently a Postdoctoral Research Associate at the University of Oklahoma's Human Factors & Simulation Laboratory under Dr. Ziho Kang. I received my BSc, MSc, and PhD in Industrial & Systems Engineering at the University of Oklahoma (go sooners!).
My research interests are at the intersection of human factors, machine learning, and data science. More specifically, designing intelligent human-machine systems that learn from our actions and behaviors, as well as from our biometric data (e.g. eye movements), to support our performance in a task when we need it the most. I'm particularly interested in applications to complex task and domains, such as air traffic control. Some of my work has been published in the Journal of Eye Movement Research, Aerospace, the Human Factors and Ergonomics Society Annual Meeting, among others.
Outside of school, I've worked as a UX Researcher intern at Amazon during the summers of 2022 and 2023 in Seattle, WA.
